Corrupt Square
Creative idea
How do you exhibit corruption when any physical exhibition can be removed? Transparency International's answer was Corrupt Square: a guerrilla AR exhibition that transformed the square in front of Hungary's Parliament into an immersive gallery of corruption. Using augmented reality, visitors could discover nine life-sized virtual sculptures, each exposing a real corruption case in the exact place where public accountability should matter most. By replacing traditional exhibition infrastructure with AR, we created a powerful public experience that required no permits, no physical installation, and no possibility of censorship, proving that technology can protect free expression.
