Dementia is the seventh leading cause of death among all diseases and one of the leading causes of disability among the elderly around the world. In Ukraine there are 800 000 people with dementia. This disease is usually ignored in Ukraine and is not perceived as a disease at all, but as a normal condition among elderly people. WE ARE. People with dementia - an awareness campaign to introduce people with dementia disease to the public.
