Turkcell has become a voice of hundreds of missing person' families by turning its 'subscriber unreachable' voice recording into a new medium by letting a relative of a missing person to reach out people to announce their message by saying he has not been able to reach his relative for years. Thereafter the message directs people to its website where people can find the missing person' information.
