Adam Zdeb is the Chief Creative Officer at FCB Warsaw, where creativity meets purpose. With over 15 years in the advertising world, Adam is driven by the belief that brands have the power – and responsibility – to inspire positive change, especially in today’s world of environmental and social challenges. His work focuses on creating campaigns that don’t just sell but also shift behaviors and attitudes for the better.
Adam has honed his skills at top agencies like Leo Burnett, GPD, and Artegence and now leads the Creative and Design teams at FCB Warsaw. He’s the force behind impactful campaigns for big-name brands like Pepsi, Desperados, PKO Bank Polski, and ING. Standout projects include the “Get what you want” campaign for Desperados and the award-winning “Battle of the Net” campaign for PKO Bank Polski – work that resonates because it connects with people on a deeper level.
Beyond the campaigns, Adam is passionate about mentoring the next generation of creative minds. He has guided young talents who have gone on to win competitions like the Young Drummers and continues to inspire fresh thinking as a juror for events like the Mixx Awards and Papaya Young Directors.
Adam’s approach is grounded in his education as a German philologist from the University of Warsaw, which gives him a sharp eye for language and storytelling. Whether he’s crafting a slogan, designing a campaign, or rethinking how brands can lead sustainable change, Adam is all about making creativity work harder and smarter for a better future.
