Aidis is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industries, where he has successfully led teams and organizations. After co-founding an agency and selling it to HAVAS, he played a pivotal role in transforming the holding company’s operations in the Baltics. Currently, Aidis heads the Creative Performance services at Aleph Group, a global digital advertising powerhouse operating in over 140 countries.
In addition to his industry achievements, Aidis co-founded The C School, the first online Creative Leadership school designed for creative industry professionals.
