Sebastian Stepak is a marketing and corporate communications executive with over 20 years of experience in designing campaigns, shaping strategies, and providing C-level counsel for the most respected local and international companies. He is the CEO of MSL’s Polish based in Warsaw. Since 2020 he heads regional offices in the CEE region and oversees every aspect of client businesses in the region. He specializes in crisis communication management and counsel – being one of the most experienced experts on reputation in Poland.

Jason Romeyko is a creator of stories across multiple platforms. Forged as a writer at Saatchi & Saatchi in 1993, he spent 23 years bouncing around the world before joining the Serviceplan Group in 2016 as Worldwide Executive Creative Director. From Grand Prix through to Bronze, he has been distinguished with over 500+ awards from Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Golden Drum, Epica, Clio, and many other shows around the world- including MTV Music Awards’ “Video of The Year” for Katy Perry’s “Firework”.
 
Jorg Riommi as Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Groupe Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) oversees the creative output of Groupe’s creative brand agencies across 14 markets. He is the Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Groupe Romania and a member of Publicis, Leo Burnett and Saatchi&Saatchi Global Product Committee (GPC). Jorg's work gained more than 300 awards while he was ranked #7 most awarded Chief Creative Officer in the world by The Drum ranking 2021 and the Creative Director of the Year at Golden Drum Festival 2021.
