Michael Moynihan is Senior Vice President of Global Brand, Marketing, Insights and Partnerships for The LEGO Group (TLG), the world’s largest toy company. His 25+ years of consumer marketing experience guides this function, which bolsters TLG’s innovation, branding, marketing, partnerships and capability building efforts.
Before joining The LEGO Group, Moynihan worked in Marketing at General Mills, managing brands in both the Yoplait yogurt and Big G cereal divisions, including the flagship Cheerios brand.
Amy Rodgers heads up WARC’s research team, and manages their annual rankings of the best campaigns in creativity, effectiveness and media. Her expertise lies within marketing and advertising research, producing research-based content for WARC on a range of marketing and media effectiveness topics. Before joining WARC, Amy was a research analyst at a digital marketing consultancy.
Sietze Rademaker started working at MassiveMusic as their publisher, while DJ’ing the hottest dance-floor gems by night. Driven by his ever-growing curiosity, he was part of a team of three people starting the Spotify Benelux office back in 2010 and via jobs at Vice as Business Director and Epidemic Sound as MD for Benelux and France, he landed a job at Sonic Branding Company Amp.Amsterdam as their Director Sonic Branding, always keeping a focus on the future of media and music.
