The Golden Drum Festival is REBUILDING CONNECTI ON with a strong desire to reunite, reconnect, and reignite creativity.
The festival’s competition consisting of four sections Creative Business Excellence Drum, Craft Drum, One-Channel Drum, Omni-Channel Drum and a special All Juries Section will open for entries in March.
Meet The Jury Presidents
One-Channel Drum Jury President - Anselmo Ramos, Co-Founder and Creative Chairman, GUT, North America / South America
In 2018 Anselmo co-founded GUT, a global independent agency with the goal of being the go-to agency for the world’s biggest brands who are looking to do brave and bold brand building. Previously, Anselmo was the Co-Founder of award-winning global creative agency DAVID, and the CCO of Ogilvy Brazil.
Throughout his career, Anselmo and his agencies have won multiple accolades from distinguished industry award shows. His life motto is “No Gut, No Glory.”
Omni-Channel Jury President - Johnny Tan, Executive Creative Director, 72andSunny, Asia Pacific
Johnny is an award-winning APAC Executive Creative Director who has had a 24-year career that spans across the US, China, Australia, and SE Asia. His unique blend of cultural acumen and creative potency have helped brands take bold transformative leaps as well as a bevy of nearly 200 creative awards. He co-founded BBH China, 72and Sunny, and CREATOPIA - a creative academy that inspires children to explore creativity as a career.
Craft Jury President - Sandra Planeta, Founder and Creative Director, Planeta Design, Sweden
Sandra and her Stockholm-based design firm, Planeta Design, work with branding and design assignments for both local and international clients. She spent five years at The Body Shop as the Global Creative Manager of Packaging and two years in New York as Senior Designer at Spot Design. She has chaired the jury of many acclaimed creative festivals and has been lecturing on design in various design schools, as well as won numerous awards for her work.
Creative Business Excellence Jury President - Danielle Crook-Davies, VP of Marketing, Netflix, EMEA
Danielle is the Vice President of Marketing for Netflix in EMEA, where she is responsible for managing strategic positioning, development, and execution on Netflix Series, Film, Brand, and Partner Marketing across the region. Prior, she served as EMEA CMO at Starbucks, held senior marketing roles at Vodafone, and was European Brand Director for The Gap fashion retailer.
Danielle grew up in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and has lived and worked in London, Paris, Sydney, San Francisco, Portland, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, and Rome.
