Leading the jury for this year's Young Drummers Competition is Alexis Champa, Freelance Executive Creative Director.
Alexis has honed her creative career in NYC, working at the likes of R/GA, Mother, KBS, Havas and Virtue Worldwide with iconic brands such as Airbnb, Sour Patch Kids, Ritz, Trident, Samsung, Target and Google Chrome. Currently, Alexis is based in Berlin, where in the past years of her career she’s worked at Granny Berlin and Media.Monks as digital-first company’s executive creative director. She currently works freelance across Europe.

It’s truly an honor to be part of this event, where we’ll be diving into the amazing work of the next generation of talent in our industry. I can’t wait to see the innovative ideas and artistic expressions that these young creatives will bring to the table. Their unique perspectives are crucial in shaping the future of our craft, and I believe creativity knows no limits. I’m looking forward to evaluating their work, focusing on originality, impact, and work that just gets us excited about the future of our industry.

Joining Alexis, an acclaimed panel of creative minds will be reviewing the poster submissions—each accompanied by a written explanation—crafted for Mastercard Slovenia around the inspiring theme 'Jump into a World Where Everyone Belongs” :
